Our self contained accommodation provides eight apartments ranging from studio size to three bedrooms. Three Bedrooms – “BEECH”

This apartment, with invalid access, is entered via the main hallway of Summerhill, where the public telephone is situated, and has spacious ground floor accommodation for six people and a baby.  The apartment has a private walled and paved terrace to the front of the property with shrubs, where a barbeque and garden furniture are provided.

The layout drawing illustrates the following quality accommodation.  The apartment hall can be used as a study and has a desk and chair.  The Cloaks/Storage Cupboard with a vacuum cleaner, ironing board etc. is in the hall which leads through to the Sitting/Dining Room with comfortable settees and chairs, large dining table, colour television, video, DVD and stereo equipment.

The Kitchen has a ceramic tiled floor with spacious cupboards and work surfaces and include the facilities of a built-in electric oven, grill and ceramic four ring hob with extractor over, microwave, integrated dishwasher and fridge/freezer and is fully equipped for self-catering including a food processor.  A Utility Cupboard houses the washer/dryer.

The bedrooms lead from the hall.  Bedroom One has a 5ft king size bed and en suite facilities with a full bath and shower facility, etc.  Bedroom Two has a double bed with toilet, basin and large shower facility adjacent.  Bedroom Three has twin beds and en suite facilities with a full bath and shower facility, etc. All bedrooms have spacious wardrobes and chest storage.

This apartment is accessed via the main hallway of Summerhill, where the public telephone is situated, and up the stairway to the first floor entrance to the apartment. The comfortable accommodation sleeps four people and a baby.

 The accommodation is illustrated on the layout drawing.  The entrance door opens in to the hallway which has a Cloaks/Storage Cupboard with vacuum cleaner, ironing board, etc.  The Sitting/Dining Room is situated to the front of the building with panoramic views over Shanklin Town, the sweep of the Downs and glimpses of the sea.  The room is comfortably equipped with soft furnishings, dining table and chairs, colour television, video, DVD and stereo equipment.
