Our self contained accommodation provides six apartments ranging from studio size to three bedrooms. Three Bedrooms – "Honeysuckle"

 This apartment is accessed from the car park, along the left side walkway to the rear of  Summerhill and into the private courtyard garden where a barbeque and garden furniture are provided.  The spacious ground floor accommodation sleeps six people and a baby and is illustrated on the layout drawing.

 The front door opens into the hallway which has a Cloak/Storage Cupboard with a vacuum cleaner, ironing board, etc.  The Utility Cupboard with washer/dryer is off the hall.  The Sitting Room overlooks the courtyard garden and has comfortable soft furnishings, flat screen television with freeview, video, DVD and stereo equipment.

 The Kitchen/Diner has a ceramic tiled floor, storage and worktops with the facilities of a built-in electric oven, grill and four ring hob with an extractor over, microwave, integrated dishwasher and fridge/freeze, dining table and chairs and is fully equipped for self-catering with helpful extras such as a coffee percolator.

 The bathroom, with a full bath and shower facility, etc., and two bedrooms, both with spacious wardrobes and chest storage, lead from the hallway.

 The third bedroom has en-suite facilities.

Two Bedrooms – "CHESTNUT"

This apartment is accessed via the main hallway of Summerhill, and up the stairway to the first floor entrance to the apartment. The comfortable accommodation sleeps four people and a baby.

 The accommodation is illustrated on the layout drawing.  The entrance door opens in to the hallway which has a Cloaks/Storage Cupboard with vacuum cleaner, ironing board, etc.  The Sitting/Dining Room is situated to the front of the building with panoramic views over Shanklin Town, the sweep of the Downs and glimpses of the sea.  The room is comfortably equipped with soft furnishings, dining table and chairs, flat screen television with freeview, video, DVD and stereo equipment.

 The Kitchen leads off and has a ceramic tiled floor with spacious storage and worktops and includes the facilities of a built-in electric oven, grill and ceramic four ring hob with extractor over, microwave, integrated dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer and is fully equipped for self-catering with helpful extras such as a food processor.

 This "cottage in the sky" is accessed from the car park, along the walkway to the left side of Summerhill and up the external staircase.  The comfortable accommodation sleeps four people and is illustrated on the layout drawing.

 The entrance door opens in to the hallway which has a Cloaks/Storage Cupboard with vacuum cleaner, ironing board, etc.  The Sitting/Dining Room is comfortably furnished with soft furnishing, dining table and chairs, flat screen television with freeview, video, DVD and stereo equipment.

 The Kitchen is off the hallway and has a ceramic floor with spacious storage and worktops and includes the facilities of a built-in electric oven, grill and ceramic four ring hob with extractor over, microwave, integrated dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer and is fully equipped for self-catering with helpful extras such as a food processor.

 The Bathroom is also off the hall with bath and a shower facility, etc.  The Bedrooms are found up the staircase to the top floor.  Both bedrooms have spacious wardrobes and chest storage.

This apartment is accessed via the main hallway of Summerhill, and up the stairway to the first floor entrance to the apartment.  This studio accommodation sleeps two people and is illustrated on the layout drawing.

 The front door leads into the hallway and through into the studio room which has a large settee that converts into a double bed.  Additional soft furnishing is provided together with a dining table and chairs, flat screen television with freeview, video, DVD and stereo equipment.  A large cupboard conceals bedding storage, a chest and spacious wardrobe hanging.  The Bathroom has a full bath and a shower facility with toilet and basin.
