 This apartment is accessed from the car park, along the left side walkway to the rear of  Summerhill and into the private courtyard garden where a barbeque and garden furniture are provided.  The spacious ground floor accommodation sleeps four people and a baby and is illustrated on the layout drawing.

 The front door opens into the hallway which has a Cloak/Storage Cupboard with a vacuum cleaner, ironing board, etc.  The Utility Cupboard with washer/dryer is off the hall.  The Sitting/Dining Room overlooks the courtyard garden and has comfortable soft furnishings, dining table and chairs, colour television, video, DVD and stereo equipment.

 The bathroom, with a full bath and shower facility, etc., and the bedrooms, both with spacious wardrobes and chest storage, lead from the hallway.
