 The front door opens into the hallway which has a Cloak/Storage Cupboard with a vacuum cleaner, ironing board, etc.  The Utility Cupboard with washer/dryer is off the hall.  The Sitting Room overlooks the courtyard garden and has comfortable soft furnishings, flat screen television with freeview, video, DVD and stereo equipment.

 The Kitchen/Diner has a ceramic tiled floor, storage and worktops with the facilities of a built-in electric oven, grill and four ring hob with an extractor over, microwave, integrated dishwasher and fridge/freeze, dining table and chairs and is fully equipped for self-catering with helpful extras such as a coffee percolator.

 The bathroom, with a full bath and shower facility, etc., and two bedrooms, both with spacious wardrobes and chest storage, lead from the hallway.

 The third bedroom has en-suite facilities.
