Studio Apartment – “LILY” This apartment is accessed from the car park, along the driveway to the rear of Summerhill. This studio ground floor apartment sleeps two people and the accommodation is illustrated on the layout drawing. The front door leads into the hallway and through into the studio room which has a large settee that converts into a double bed. Additional soft furnishing is provided together with a dining table and chairs, colour television, video, DVD and stereo equipment. A large cupboard conceals bedding storage, a chest and spacious wardrobe hanging. The bathroom has full bath and a shower facility with toilet and basin The Kitchen leads off the hallway and has a ceramic tiled floor, cupboard for vacuum cleaner, ironing board, etc., storage and worktops with the facilities of a built-in electric oven, grill and ceramic four ring hob with extractor over, microwave, integrated dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer and is fully equipped for self-catering with helpful extras such as a food processor.
