Studio Apartment – “PEONIE” This apartment is accessed via the main hallway of Summerhill, where the public telephone is situated, and up the stairway to the first floor entrance to the apartment. This studio accommodation sleeps two people and is illustrated on the layout drawing. The front door leads into the hallway and through into the studio room which has a large settee that converts into a double bed. Additional soft furnishing is provided together with a dining table and chairs, colour television, video, DVD and stereo equipment. A large cupboard conceals bedding storage, a chest and spacious wardrobe hanging. The Bathroom has a full bath and a shower facility with toilet and basin. The Kitchen leads off the hallway and has a ceramic tiled floor, cupboard for vacuum cleaner and ironing board etc., storage and worktops with the facilities of a built-in electric oven and grill, ceramic four ring hob with extractor over, microwave, integrated dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer and is fully equipped for self-catering with helpful extras such as a coffee percolator. Grassed and paved garden areas are to be found around the property with seating and barbeque facilities. Duvets and pillows are provided. Bed linen and towels are supplied weekly. A safe is provided to secure valuables. The apartment is fully centrally heated. There are no extra charges.
